My Story

I am a cook. My passion is food. Creativity is my driving force. That is where I choose to begin my story. For any perspective cook entering into my kitchen to either launch or continue their story, I begin with two very simple questions: "Tell me about the best thing you have even eaten," and "tell me about the best thing you have ever cooked." I listen for the fervor in their voice and character. I can teach anyone the skills to be a chef, I cannot teach passion. This word passion is where I choose to make my introduction. It is what inspires me to be a great chef, an inspired leader, a smart businessman, and a valuable employee.  I bring the skills and talent acquired over a 25 year career, along with the true passion and heart of a great chef.
